Since I activated my new Fitbit Sense a vertical bar of light displays down the center of the watch face. I can’t read any of the data displayed on the watch face because of that light bar. So far, no help from the Help Desk. Anyone had a similar experience?

@JiimW this sounds to me like a hardware issue. You can try rebooting your watch by pressing and holding the left button until screen goes blank and logo appears, but I would reach out to Customer Support. You probably will need a replacement.
