My watch not coming on it just saying data not cleared  sync

Hi @Sue123456789 - have you tried

  • Remove any entry for the Sense from the phone's Bluetooth
  • Restarting watch and phone to make sure all is well
  •  
  • In the phone Fitbit App, Click on profile photo [top left]
  •  
  • Click on  + Set up a Device and accept replace
  • Follow the installation instructions
  •  
  • If that doesn't work remove the Sense from the app [by dustbin top right] and try again.
