Hi, the clock face SimpleClockDuo has reminders to drink on the watch.

There is also a Timer app on the watch that can remind you, if not the phone has timer app, to remind you to sleep.

On phone app, Sleep Tile > Gear Icon (top right) > set Bedtime and turn on Bedtime Reminder.

Profile Pic > tracker picture > Health & Wellness Reminders > Stay hydrated.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @BriaBrown It's great to see you around! @JohnnyRow @Guy_ Thanks for the input!

As @JohnnyRow mentioned, you can now setup a reminder to drink water by doing the steps he mentioned. For more information, please visit the following link: What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device?

For a bedtime reminder, you can set one by doing the steps below:

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab , then tap the sleep tile .
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
3. Turn on the bedtime reminder and set the time and frequency.

Keep me posted.

I’ve had the sleep reminder set up for about a month now, and while it works on my phone it has not worked one single time on my Sense.

Hello @FurFluff. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information. Note that on certain Fitbit devices, you can also see a bedtime reminder on your device. To see a reminder on your Fitbit device, make sure notifications from the Fitbit app are turned on. For instructions, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Also, make sure that you have setup a Sleep Schedule on your Sense. To set a schedule:1. Open the Settings app and tap Quiet modes.
2. Under Sleep mode, tap Schedule mode > Offhours.
3. Tap the start or stop time to adjust when the mode turns on and off. Swipe up or down to change the time, and tap the time to select it. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.

Lastly, make sure that the Do Not Disturb setting isn't enabled, this setting mutes the notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response, but it still doesn't help. My Fitbit app notifications are turned on, but I do not get a bedtime notification on my watch. I note that you state it's possible to see the bedtime reminder 'on certain Fitbit devices'. I mentioned in my initial message that I have a Sense, so it would be helpful if you could advise as to whether the bedtime reminder is even an option on my device.
