My settings are set on Fahrenheit on both my phone and tablet. Yesterday I noticed the weather said 7C. I was trying to figure out why and it suddenly changed back to Fahrenheit. Now its Celsius again. I restarted the watch but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Hi there, @eppsa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Weather app is not changing the units as desired. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, please make sure you've changed the weather units as follows:
If the above doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way, probably that would explain why none of the clock faces you've tried have worked so far. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
