Weather data is not being loaded

After using my sense for 5 months I think one of the biggest issue with this device is syncing... In general. It's pretty disastruous.

Now the weather is not showing. It sais there is no data available and that I need to sync with my phone.... Well that doesn't seem to do anything. Please.... I am tired of having to shut down or reset the device. Could you fix this bugs? I am using a Xiaomi Mi6

 

P.S. the comunity through the fitbit app is working horribly. It lags a lot

Hi @l0ta,

 

When you sync your Sense to your phone, do you have the Fitbit app running in the background?  You need to have the app running in the background to access some of the features, including texts, calls, and weather.

 

Also, have you cleared the Fitbit app cache on your phone?  I find that this helps me a lot with sync issues.

Yes, I have the fitbit app configured with all permissions allowed, to be able to run in the background and no limitations of battery use.

Messages come in correctly.

I will clear the cache just in case...
