Please don't respond with I "think"... I really appreciate everyone's generosity and sharing ideas but this metric is driving me nuts - I can't make any sense of it. I'm likely just being dumb...

On the dashboard, in the "Heart Rate" Panel there is a metric called "7-Day Total Time in Zones".

Intuitively I want to say, this is simply the total minutes in "Fat Burn", "Cardio", and "Peak" zones.

BUT... if I just eyeball the graph in the same panel, the total time in zones is MUCH larger.

So two questions:

1. is my understanding of the metric 7-Day total time in zones correct?
2. if I'm correct, why does each individual day in the same panel show a number larger than the 7-day total?!?

I'm confused.

I agree the heart rate chart for 7 day and 28 days seems to be garbage;  I might have never looked at that.  At least for daily, the chart is good, and shows more detail than smaller chart on watch.  One thing I did notice, the verticals on the various days seemed to compare relatively correct to each other, making me wonder if vertical scale up the left side of the scale is just way off, perhaps leaving the summary totals at right correct but making individual bar chart numbers read way too big.  But maybe I am violating you don't "I think . . ."

JohnnyRow - You just validated everything I think I'm seeing. The bar graphs on the 7 days charts are useless - even if you hover over them the data is garbage. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
