What factors impact the sleep quality on Sense?

I sometimes find the Fitbit sleep quality assessment is quite different from how I feel my sleep was. Usually the Fitbit gives a better assessment 

 

what factors do they take into account? Is it only factors I can read eg REM sleep or Spo2?
