So the Fitbit store says the Sense will now be shipping in October. As a premium member does that mean I will get it in October or at Launch? I do have an early access code. I ordered a Sence from Amazon because of the shipping in "October shipping" and I still have time to cancel that order because Amazon hasn't charged my card yet. If I order the Sence from Fitbit I will I get it on 9/26?

Hi @Hadden8176. It's nice to see you around the forums.
Thanks for the information provided and let me help you with your question. As you may know, we’re giving current Fitbit Premium subscribers early access to our newest devices, such as the Fitbit Sense. While there isn't a specific time frame when the order will arrive, you can use that special code to order and receive your watch before everyone else. This also includes free overnight shipping.
Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other questions.

@LizzyFitbit I did cancel the Amazon order and reordered via the Fitbit store. So then if early access says that you get it before everyone else does that mean it starts to ship to premium members before the official launch date?

I'm confused also. I am seeing that it is released on 9/25 and I've seen that in quite a few places. For my order confirmation, which was done using the Fitbit Premium promo, it says "ships in late October". Did the release get pushed back?

@Jane11 No, the release date didn't get pushed back. The early access email is misleading. The email says if you use the premium member code, then you get the device you ordered at launch ("Get it before everyone else") on 9/25 including the overnight shipping. The premium code is actually for free overnight shipping only. The reason why you see the item shipping in late October is because your in line for your item to be shipped in late October. Since the Versa Sence was debuted via email/youtube, everyone had ordered it before you put your order in pushing your order late. You have several options when it comes to getting your Versa Sence, you can wait it out here in the Fitbit store to get your Sence to you, you can cancel your Fitbit store and order from Amazon (the Carbon color is the same price as Fitbit the White gold is double the price because it is high in demand) and you'll get 2-day prime shipping if your a Prime member, or you can order it from Bestbuy/Target with free standard shipping. Bestbuy and Target both have both colors of the Versa Sense available.

I am premium and never saw any code for overnight shipping. WTH? I paid for overnight shipping.
