When will they start shipping the Sense?

I gotta say I have gone from the ionic to this and it is a beautifully made watch, screen is crystal clear, so much technology on this beast!

@NeilFinny @That’s my worry too, so far the reviews are not great. My original Versa has been faultless but I’m thinking my luck finally ran out!

Have you done any hard exercises? There is a lot of reports that the HR is out at the top end?

 

This is why I upgraded from a charge 2 to a ionic as I felt that was also out at the top.

My FedEx tracking number has shown my delivery as pending. On 9/23 at 8:30 PM my shipping label was created and there has been zero activity since. Fitbit still has not charged my bank account but now my order status has changed to completed. I have no idea when I will actually receive my order. I will never pre-order from Fitbit directly again.

Same here..... lots of emails and telecons..in summary...

They've taken my money for Sense

Issued tracking then withdrawn ....item "not available" and unable to say when available let alone when delivered

Refused to refund

Sent complaint to my bank to attempt reimbursement from Fitbit....

 

And so it goes on...almost a full time job dealing with Fitbit...

It appears they're dishing out tracking numbers to enable charging without sending item to courier....

@thiepval68 I feel ya mate, I've had at least 5 or 6 Live chats with them and 3 or 4 calls with Fitbit UK this week alone... 

I already kinda foresee that they will be dishing out tracking numbers early without even having the inventory to fulfill those orders, this is how they still will be able to report as their quarter end shipping quota.  Hence the reason why i just cxld my order yesterday evening before they could even pull something like this off with me..  Gosh, i really hope you guys will receive any order updates soon...

If they sent a dud tracking notice and already taken payment what is the situation on cancelling and getting a refund?

From my experience, a week might be the best you can hope for.....

 

Fitbit having cancelled my tracking (item (Sense) "not available"), all I got was to wait for  a further 7 days to see if there is another tracking message available.....

 

Fitbit took my money and the best they can offer is to wait for up to 11 days after paying to see if the item is presumably available to be dispatched ....they've also extended courier delivery from 4 to 7 days...

 

Pay for it with up to 4+7+7= 18 days wait for delivery to start a return....dread to think how long that would take!

@thiepval68 @Exactly! I’ve emailed them but of course no reply. Looks like I’ll be hitting the phone again not that it will do any good. I expect they will just tell me to wait. How long? Christmas maybe? It’s a joke.

Honestly, If you guys still want a Sense, just go and get one at your local reseller.  Once Fitbit's Pre-order finally arrives, just return it directly back to them since they have the 45-days money back guarantee.

@Enderath I'm ready to do that tonight if I don't see any activity on my tracking number today. I've already got one in my cart on Best Buy's site. Hopefully I won't be too late.

We would prefer the refund first, otherwise we would do.

If the tracking was a day or two late, that is fine, when it is dubious and open ended that is another thing

Given my experience with Fitbit I have little belief that any thing gets sorted "soon". I have raise a dispute with paypal to attempt a refund for non delivery.

@NeilFinny That's fair and I can fully understand, just keep whipping them is all I can say...

@sarasmile83 If you can't wait then this is indeed my recommendation.  

 

Since this is my first time ever owning a Fitbit and first time having any kind of interaction with them, I honestly thought that Fitbit would be a company that has great B to C relationships and good customer support.  Oooohhh, how wrong I was.

If you've been charged and Fitbit isn't allowing you to cancel your order, you can always try disputing the charge with your credit card company.
