Where can I see the 20 exercises available on Sense?

Please can someone tell me what the 20 exercise modes are on the Fitbit Sense. Thanks

These are the same for any Fitbit model with the exercise app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks that's great🙂. No rowing unfortunately, that's what I was hoping for.

I'm assuming you mean indoor rowing machine;

You can just use "workout" as it suggests for anything not specifically listed, but it's not going to keep track of supposed distance or speed.  It will indirectly reflect strokes as steps from arm movements, though I can't quite get the correlation there, perhaps related to technique.

Sad in this day and age they dont have VR listed as well. Many people use steam VR games for exercise such as Power Beats VR etc. I use about four different games in VR for exercise and after a hr your dripping wet and get a good workout add in more fun the yoga 😂
