I cannot see assessment and reports under discover section of the app. Can you help?

About your question, let's try these steps:

Open the Fitbit app and tap Discover at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and under Assessments & Reports, tap Heart Rhythm Assessment.
In there you can complete the assessment, or view your results.
