My Fitbit sense couldn't sync with my phone after installed an calculator app. All the existing function are gone. I contacted Fitbit hotline and they guided me to do reset but still unable to sync. They sent me an email and requested for my home address etc. and told me to send my Fitbit Sense to the warehouse in Singapore for a replacement. I replied and asked where is the Fitbit warehouse in Singapore? They never reply me anymore. I checked online and realized that there isn't any warehouse in Singapore. Please advise what should I do. I bought this Fitbit sense only 2 weeks ago and really hope to get an replacement. Thanks!
