Where is all my heart data from more than 30 days ago?

Hi,

I had the Fitbit Sense but swapped it 6 weeks ago for another brand of watch. I still have the Fitbit app but have been very ill for weeks. Now I'm finally getting round to collating my data from across my smart watches.

Sleep data from when I had the watch is there in the spp, so is the daily average RHR from each day I had it on the front of the heart tile - but when even when I scroll back to the days I had the watch, it says 'no data' when I click on that heart tile.

The website version only shows this month and I tried export all data, but heart data is not included in that file.

How do I retrieve my heart data?!

Hi @slug64. It's good to see you around the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well for trying to see your data in your fitbit.com dashboard. While this is odd, could you check if the Fitbit app is updated? Also, may I know the model of your phone? In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Wait a few minutes, tap the Heart Rate tile and scroll down to see your previous data.

In the case of your fitbit.com dashboard , the Activity + Stats graph will show most of your stats including heart rate in a daily, 7 days and 28 days view. I'd recommend selecting 28 days and going 6 weeks back to find your previous details. Then you can chance to a daily view to see the changes of your heart rate throughout the day.
