Hi @Steve1516 Try a Factory Reset (settings app and scroll down to About) if you can navigate there and then set it up again and see if that does it. If the lines are still there you will need to contact Customer Support

Best AnswerMine looks like the screen is failing. Three, very bright, white lines on the right side of the screen. No reset/restart is going to fix that.
