Hi
My Fitbit Sense has 3 solid vertical lines on the screen.
I've switched it off/on and still there.
The device says the software is up to date.
Can someone help with this please?

Hi @Steve1516 Try a Factory Reset (settings app and scroll down to About) if you can navigate there and then set it up again and see if that does it. If the lines are still there you will need to contact Customer Support

Mine looks like the screen is failing. Three, very bright, white lines on the right side of the screen. No reset/restart is going to fix that.

Is that what happened? The screen failed and there is no fix?
