White screen Fitbit Sense

Can't get it off a blank white screen, says fully charged and tried to re-sync but no help just turns black then back to white screen.

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed or what are the options available for you.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing the same inconvenience with your Sense watch. 

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the restart procedure as described in this article, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
