Who do I contact about my Sense order details?

I bought a Fitbit Sense on 6/28. Paid for expedite shipping because I am leaving town for 10 days on 7/1. Shipping said it would be here 6/30 now it says 7/3. That is standard shipping at this point. How can I get reimbursed my shipping cost since it won’t be here in 2 days like you claimed it was going to be.
