@thisiswach it's been a known issue. Pods do not play well Fitbit. Even if you somehow manage to pair them, they're stuck at the volume level they were during pairing. No way of controllng volume or anything else. Sorry.

Put you air pods into their discovery mode.

Then on the Sense search for available devices.

Note that both Fitbit and Garmin have been unsuccessful in getting control of the volume.

Hello @thisiswach It's great to see you around! @Rich_Laue @Marrrmaduke I appreciate your input!

When dealing with any Bluetooth devices, compatibility issues may arise. I recommend connecting your Sense to different audio devices; you may try with a different Bluetooth speaker or headphones. Note that there are some Bluetooth headphones that work better.

On a side note, if the answers that @Rich_Laue @Marrrmaduke have provided have helped, I recommend marking them as the best answers. By doing this, other users with a similar inquiry will be able to find a faster response.

That’s great to say — I have AirPod pros and before I go spending a ton of money on more Bluetooth headphone it would be nice if Fitbit would would say get this kind that will work for volume — do you have at least that information?????  Cuz not pair properly with AirPod pros seems like a giant miss on your part.  I’m willing to stick with the sense but I need headphones that work.  If the answer is you don’t know then I’m sorry a 300 watch is going back and I’ll take the crappy battery life and get an Apple Watch.

I believe this may be another Apple inspired limitation and not fixable by Fitbit. It has been reported that when Airpods are connected to a none apple device, the volume control does not work properly.
