Why can't I setup my Sense and Ionic in same account?

Why can't I get my Sense and Ionic at the same time.

I would like to use my new Sense, but also synchronise my ionic when I wear it, but when I try to add my Ionic device it tells me that I have to switch. NO, i want to use them both.

Hi @TerryHarrison  at this time, we can only have one device that can use apps from the Fitbit Gallery. Since both the Ionic and Sense are able to use those apps, you have to choose which Fitbit to wear.

So the answer is that you can't, because you can't?

Surely it would take little effort to enable this function. 

Another example of a service to suit the provider, not the end user!

@TerryHarrison these are the Fitbit community forums and most of us who reply are users of the product, not employees of the company. You can check the Feature Suggestions forum where people make suggestions and you'll find at least one thread where people are asking (and voting) to change things regarding the use of more than one device using the Fitbit Gallery.
