When purchasing my Fitbit Sense, the advertising said I would get 6 months free Fitbit Premium.
When I go to the dashboard to attempt to activate this, there is only the payable options.
Before Sense I had a Versa and had a few months of a Premium trial. Does that mean I’m no longer eligible?

I had same issues when I bought a Versa for like a month and switched to sense. Called support several times and after much headaches ended up giving up. Bought a year membership and moved on. Call support and see what they say and do. Maybe things are different now.
