Why does last nights sleeping heart rate compare to the previous day resting heart rate?

I get alot of use from the information of restorative sleep. I see my sleep heart rate from the night compared to my resting heart rate(RHR) . However I just realized that my RHR is the number that I got yesterday morning.

So. If my RHR yesterday morning was 58 and it was calculated from the previous 24 hours and 57 is this mornings number - then why is my sleep heart rate from this night compared to 58 (yesterday morning and 24 hours before that) instead of this mornings 57. This means my information on restorative sleep is incorrect.
