Why my Infinity band didn't come in a box?

I bought a sense Lunar White/Soft Gold Stainless Steel. I don’t like a white infinity band so I bought a black infinity band. I also bought a black sports band. I have bought bands before and usually they come in a box. But the black infinity band came in an envelope  and I’m wondering if it been previously owned/used refurbished. I have very sensitive skin and I paid full price.

Hi, @Meowdy1100 , I think Fitbit have been trying to reduce packaging.  Some of the more premium bands still do come in a box, but the basic silicone bands bought separately from Fitbit usually now come in an envelope.  You can be confident that the band you have been supplied is new, even though it is not in a box.
