Why still no Black Friday prices reduction for Fitbit Sense in UK?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit Sense was reduced by 50 dollars in the U.S, 3 days ago, to 279.99 dollars.

UK price is still 299 pounds, although the Charge 4 HAS been reduced in the UK, by 30 pounds!

Fitbit UK shop claims these are their Black Friday deals!

S why is the UK being treated differently?? Why are we in the UK being denied any Black Friday price reduction on the Sense?

Hi @G.F.C4 - I don’t have an answer to your question but perhaps you can check out the local Fitbit Authorized Retailers in your area to see if they are offering discounts?  I’m in the US and many of our local stores are offering deals.

Hi @SunsetRunner i have been checking prices for a few days now, and there are no reductions at any authorised resellers.

That's why I posted this question or challenge to Fitbit, having become rather tired of repeatedly checking the prices of all of them, and finding no discounts on the Sense, or on the Versa.

Great, thanks @Nciii .

That is better. For a while, the Curry's website was claiming to have Black Friday prices on the Sense, but then showing the price as still £299.

(A lot of very bad reviews of Curry's customer service at the moment too).

I really want to buy from Fitbit.com though, with their 45 day return period, as I hadn't had chance to try one on, and I don't know whether I world find it comfortable to wear.

I couldn't get on very well with the Charge 4, although my wife's fine with that. So after that experience am feeling more cautious about finding devices comfortable on my wrist.

Come on Fitbit, how about treating your UK customers in the same way as your U.S. ones!

In the end I bought from Amazon UK for 269 GBP. The Curry's offer only lasted 1 day, and I am seeing more and more stuff about how dreadful Curry's are too.

Don't really like buying from Amazon because they treat their employees so dreadfully, but that seemed the lesser of various evils in this case.

I didn't want to buy from Fitbit really either, because of the nightmare stories in the Community about the way they have dealt with warranty issues, and apparently refused to obey UK Consumer Law!
