Why won't Fitbit comment on the audible alarm feature for sense/versa?

People have been requesting this feature for over two years and no update from Fitbit. Extremely disappointing that such a simple feature is missing and Fitbit doesn't seem to have the decency to address.

To be honest Fitbit has more problems than the alarm. Sleep tracking is highly inaccurate. And for other problems check the forum. I will never buy a Fitbit device again.
