My watch will not sync, sucks because I switch between time zones a lot and am stuck on wrong time! Also alarm feature is not working anymore just freezing up when I push it. It also dose not track my sleep anymore?? All and all its slowly dying and I have not had it more then a few months.

HI @Robinsonnathan4 - it often helps to restart the watch, and to logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone too in cases where it is behaving oddly and not syncing. See also Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Once it's syncing properly it can change the times zones, and again there is an issue with this sometimes.

It is often necessary in the Fitbit App to click profile photo, App settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and set the zone manually and sync, and maybe restart the watch and sync a few times. Once working turn back on automatic time zone so that it can keep the time right.
