I currently use natural cycles to measure my BBT and track my cycle due to having chronic PCOS. Will the new features measure this so i can cancel my subscription of NC and use just fitbit or will the tech not use temperatures that detailed?

@elscee I would say no as it will depict only fluctuations. I would have to be quite accurate to measure BBT. Any data coming from the temp sensor will be behind Premium on the new Health metrics dashboard.

Hello @elscee,
the Sense is not available in the market so we can not have direct experience on its accuracy. I have actually my doubts that it can so accurate to measure a basal body temperature but I would be happy to be wrong.
So my suggestions is to wait for some tests.

It would be hard to get a BBT. If you wear your watch when you sleep then you have no control over movement. BBT requires very little movement, that is why it is always recommended that you take the temp at the same time every day before you get out of bed.

The watch at best will read the temperature of the skin on the wrist. Not the bodies temperature.
