I just purchased a Fitbit sence from H.S.N.; Wondering if I don't purchase the premium service from Fitbit, will my watch still work?

Hello and welcome to the forums @Oretha . You don't need Premium to use the Fitbit or have many of the features. Premium is nice and gives more insight into your activities and sleep, but there is more than enough information given without it.

issue with my FitBit staying connected to the wifi network. I am connected
I double checked on my phone; unsure how on the watch. Thanks for any
feedback on this that you would/could give me.

Within a few days, you should be offered a free trial period of premium. You can choose to accept this if you would like to give it a try. 

 

Actually my favorite addition with premium is the Get Fit Bingo Challenge, that only premium users can start. 

There is a work around, in that any premium user can invite a standard user. 

Simply ask your premium friends to invite you.
