Long time, no update. Fitbit moderators frequently say "our developers know of the issue and are working on it" without any sign at all that anything is actually happening. Not even fixes to things like timezone sync issues which is surely simple server-side fix.

 

Could we have a clear statement on updates?. eg "hope to have another update before end of year" or a flat " with Sense II coming out, there will be no further updates to Sense".

I would also like to see an update soon and hopefully they will fix the weak vibration. Even with my vibration set to "strong", it is way too weak.

Have had that same generic response from Fitbit regarding the inaccurate HR monitor. So annoying. Just tell us that there is no expected fix or update and we’ll stop asking and bugging you Fitbit!!
