Hey Fitbit! I would love to see a category of workout videos for people/women 50 and over. Perhaps some with using weights, things for people with knee issues etc. I would love to utilize this but it all seems so much. It’s kinda like if you are working out and your are not 20-30 and super fit…give it up. No one really cares.

Why?
What happens when you turn fifty? Nothing.
I do not know anything about you, your current fitness level, weight, and motivation. I speak in general terms.
In the App you have "Beginner Bodyweight" it is a good program for ages 15 to 110

These programs are for everyone bad knee or not. You mentioned knee, so you have a troublesome knee? Have you discussed it with your physician? Is it a real issue, or can your knee be as good as new by strengthening supporting muscles and tendons? Significant issues are rare, weak muscles and tendons are common.
So, forget the number 50. Fifty being the gateway to middle age, and misery is in your head. If you are honest with yourself, would renaming the exercises I mentioned above, and get videos with older instructors mean any difference?
