I’m considering replacing my Sense with a new one due to battery issues. I’d be getting the exact same model as I’ve already got.
I have a number of purchased clock faces on my current device. My question is - are clock face purchases tied to your device or to your account?
If I get a new device, will I be able to redeem previously purchased clock faces in the usual way (via kzl.io/unlock and entering the code + my email) or will I have to repurchase them?

Hi there, @bee28. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
Regarding your inquiry, you should keep your paid clock faces after linking your new Fitbit device as some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). For more information, see Are apps free to download to my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So in this case it is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

Hi @bee28 You wrote that you are getting the exact same model. The Sense was discontinued when the Sense 2 was released. There are Sense models available from other sites, but make sure you get one from an Authorized Retailer. A very important thing to keep in mind. Amazon is a marketplace. A Sense, or any other Fitbit, must say Shipped and Sold by Amazon to be covered by Fitbit's warranty.
