Linda, I see that you've joined Fitbit since "Joined December 1899" as stated on your profile. Congratulatiins with that and reaching the age of 75. Your profile picture doesn't give away your age. You could easily have fooled me. 🙂

Back to business. There aren't many routine for members in the golden years, like you and me. The way I do it: Take any routine and do what you can do. If you can run 10 miles, go for it. But 3 miles are also well enough. The most important is: exersize every day if you can.

If your body feels like 35, act like 35 but maybe a bit less.

I don't think there wille be anyone making workout routines for us, "older people". Have a great life!

@CBRMOM   There is a whole section called Easier Go-Tos.  There are workouts designed to improve mobility and strength.  Also, browse the Pilates and Barre section.  These are all bodyweight exercises and you might find some that meet your needs.  There are workouts for all levels of strength and mobility.  I think you would find them more appealing if you saw more people who look like you in the videos.  Fitbit should work on this.  I found another program that might meet your needs -- to help you get started.  If you tap on your Discover icon at the bottom of the screen, then swipe up, there is a section called Guided Programs.  there is a three week Beginner Bodyweight program.
