Make sure you have screen wake set to “motion and button”.

push button on left side watch to activate face.

swipe left to settings, then tap display, then select screen wake to motion and button.

Thanks I've done that but the buttons won't change. It's on button only but I can't change it.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing the same inconvenience, @Franciscus

In addition to checking that the Screen Wake feature is turned On,  please make sure that Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb Mode options are turned off in your watch's settings, since both of these options make the screen darker or dim and prevent the display from turning On when you turn your wrist.

If you continue to experience the same problem, please try to complete the restart procedure as well.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.
