Wrong glucose levels between iOS and Android devices

I have an iPhone and a Samsung device, when I logged a glucose level of 5.9 mmol/L from my iPhone fitbit app, it show as 106.2 mmol/L on Samsung android phone fitbit app. If I logged a glucose level of 5 mmol/L at my Samsung phone fitbit app, it will show as 0.3 mmol/L on my iPhone fitbit app. Both phone fitbit app was set using  mmol/L as glucose unit. Appreciate if anyone can let me know what is the reason the numbers are off and how to correct them? Thanks, John
