Wrong hour & no more parameters

After syncing my Sense, I saw that the hour had changed (+10 min.). I tried to fix the problem by login and syncing again but instead of coming back to normal, an other 10 minutes was added. I looked here and there in the parameters and suddenly, they disapeared from my Sense! The word "Paramètres" is still there but the icon is gone and when I tap it, it enters but instantly goes back to the menu. I can also see the icon saying that the watch is not connected to my iPhone. I tried to delete my Sense and add it back on, same thing with the Wi-Fi, but neither the time nor the parameter icon is back to normal. I can see the main datas on the watch but not the sleep, water or type of exercise. How can I add the "Parameters" icon back on the Sense to add it to my cell (or vice versa)?

Hi @Robi1945 - it seems the OS is corrupted and a factory reset might fix it.

As Settings is not working you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with the factory reset using the button.
