Hi all
Both me and my hubster got a a sense a couple of weeks ago.
Mine is fine linking to my Samsung flip 3 phone.
My hubster has a xiaomi mi 10t lite
We are having terrible trouble with them pairing. Won't Bluetooth, then says it can't find phone, won't record the sleep part, won't update.
Basically won't do any thong with the phone.
Anyone got this problem
Are we missing something???
It's now getting to the point of sending the fitbit back.
Please help

Is the advanced battery settings set to "Do not optimize / no optimization (or similar) within the Fitbit App?
To enter these settings, long press the Fitbit Icon, and choos "App information" / Information.

"Full permission" has nothing to do with the battery. You have to enter battery settings by pressing the "advanced" tab.
