Yesterday, my Sense suddenly has this 2 bright lines on the right side of the screen. It is no longer tracking calories (other than normal daily calculated calories), floors, active zone minutes. Bottom line, it's just a regular watch now. I have had the watch for 1 year as of 07/17/2021.

Hello Guy, yes, I forgot to mentioned that I had already restarted it several times to no avail. I also shut it down multiple times and still a problem. I'll try changing the clock face.

@zrodrig - if you have synced, did you try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu, wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
If neither restarting or clock face change fixed it, chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support

Okay, I tried 3 different clock faces but that did not help. Also, the lights in the back are not flashing like usual. See photo below. This is what I'm seeing.
