Zone Minutes on the Sense are inconsistencies

Why are zone minutes not showing up for me? I’m beyond frustrated!

Hello @Fishergrl78 could you add more details? 

Are you moving enough to receive active zone minutes? 

Is this on the Fitbit app, or watch.

It’s in the app-I’m not even sure where to look on the watch. Yes, I’m moving more than enough. I e looked for all sorts of help articles but, haven’t found anything.
