The button stopped working. Tried reboots and a complete factory reset. Only noticed later that the sensor plate on the back is separating from the case. I think it should be flush with the case and don't remember it sticking out like this. Reminds me of battery swelling on a phone I had. The pressure from the battery could explain the back coming out. This could also explain the malfunctioning button.
Question for the community: Should this be flush or is this normal?
thanks

looks like I even see a gap towards the right side between the plate and the case.

Mine's not totally flush, when you run your fingernail on it, the nail catches on the edges somewhat. Side button functions normally on mine.

Yeah, that's what I remember. This is a lot more though. It's the entire thickness of that sensor cover that's sticking up. Thank you for posting.

well, I expected this not to go a smooth way. This is the response I received just today after a helpful support person escalated it to the technical team.
Another company that I have to take off of my trusted company list. Hope you have a better experience dear all in this community.

Are you sure that such an approach is in line with your country legal regulations? I am sure that in my country this is not allowed.
