cannot get sense to pair with phone. HAVE PUT CHARGE 2 IN A TIN,REBOOTED PHONE FULLY CHARGED SENSE

I`m upgrading my Charge 2 to Sense. Phone MotoG5S has been rebooted, Sense fully charged, old Charge 2  contract deleted and phone put in a tin put in a tin to isolate but Sense will not pair with phone. Please help!

Hi, @Dave313, welcome. You may find this video gives you the opportunity to review your set-up procedure. You should also note you need Android 10 or newer on your phone.

Thank you your quick response. My phone is on Android 8.1 so it`s new phone
or back to Charge 2

Hi, @Dave313, I would advise that you check if your Charge 2 still works with your phone if you have recently updated the Fitbit app it may not be functioning as expected on an Android 8.1. Do not delete the Fitbit app on your phone as reinstalling the app will have the same effect.
