Hi guys so I've recently bought a Fitbit sense.
The problem is that I've set up a four digit PIN for the device lock and it says in the recommended settings which is what I selected, that they will prompt me for the pin whenever I take the device off or every 24 hours.
However, when I take off the device and try to access the device apps, it does not prompt me for the four digit PIN.
Is this normal or is there a way to fix it?

Hi, @chaube97, it should work, it does not engage immediately but will do if you try to make a payment after removing it from your wrist or if 24 hours have passed since last entering the PIN. This article What should I know about Fitbit Pay? provides detailed background.
