disappointed after buying fitbit sense

I bought a fitbit sense last week, so far I'm disappointed.  I choose the fitbit sense for the ECG monitor (because I have a heart condition) and the SPO2 feature because of pandemic. So far? screen does not respond very well to touch, button responds after like 10 attempts (every time I use it), SPO2 feature not available in my country (fitbit has not given me a justification for not having that feature in all countries, just saying "its not available" IS NOT A JUSTIFICATION. If it's because of a patent then why not sharing that reason? not having the spo2 feature in any of the latin america, lots of asia and africa countries is almost discrimination). Also the windows app never syncs with my watch. I starting to think on selling this sense and running to other brand.

@Marisolms33I don't know where you live. I should think Fitbit has applied to regulatory authorities in your country for approval. The difference between Versa 3 and Sense is the ECG feature. It doesn't make any sense to sell Sense in a market unless they have strong indications the device will be approved. I am Norwegian. Fitbit has to translate both the device and the app into Norwegian before they get approval.

You're going to be dissapointed even after the SpO2 is approved in your country, as the Sense only measures the SpO2 during sleep.  No spot check, no way to manually take a reading, just go to sleep (during your sleeping hours) and it will measure then.  The approval, and inclusion is dependant upon your countries approval of the function, Fitbit has no control over that, it's the same thing that happened to Apple, and Samsung when they introduced the feature in their watches.  Same thing is going on now with the Blood Pressure apps that are out there for the Samsung.  A lot of the health related functions need to be blessed by each countries "blessing" agency. 😞  Sad, but that's just the way it is.
