Downloaded new clock face, payment did not go through. Now is has locked my fitbit, cannot clear settings. Help please.

For setup of sense controls @Katehatton you first need to put the Sense Controls into discovery mode. See the helpdoc
Sense control needs to be connected for answering and speaking through the tracker.
A user can not connect the tracker to the phones BT, the Fitbit app is responsible for this connection
