Downloaded new clock face, payment did not go through.  Now is has locked my fitbit, cannot clear settings.  Help please.

@CharleneO56 have you tried a restart. You could also try and install a new face from the fitbit app. 

If you payed through kiezelpay go here to see your payed apps and clock faces.
