My exercise app does not work on my fitbit sense. I upgraded to this with the ionic recall and have had nothing but issues with these devices, already on my second one because the first one turned off and would never come back on within 24 hours of setting it up.
The current one has issues with the exercise app. The first time i attempted to use that function was today. I have called and chated with help support. I never received the email i was supposed to receive after i called, so once again a few hours later i used the chat function and the agent stopped responding then ended the chat. Now when i attempt to open a new chat it says 404 page not found, which i was also getting earlier when i was attempting to chat and messages were not going through on the feature.
I have restarted my phone and my watch multiple times
I have disconnected and re added the watch to my app multiple times
I changed the clock face to a fitbit developer clock face
I am still not able to use the exercise function and getting very frustrated with chat support as it appears to be crashing today as well if im getting a 404 error when attempting to chat.
Please send me more trouble shooting steps or a new pebble as this function not working on a $300 fitness watch less then a month old is very frustrating. I should be able to track my exercise on an fitness watch.
