Hi @Richard1960 - If you previously had a different Fitbit device linked to your account, please check the bluetooth on your phone and make sure it is no longer listed. If that is not the problem, I recommend going into a room that has no other bluetooth devices and try to connect again. Sometimes there are simply too many bluetooth devices around.
