fitbit sense no sleep date since update 4.27.1

Two days ago, I updated the fitbit app on my iphone 12 at ios 17..5.2.  My fitbit app says the fitbit sense is at 4.27.1.  Since that update I get a NO DATA message when I go to the Today screen.  I have restarted my fitbit, but that has not changed anything.

Oops.  I forgot to mention that the NO DATA is for the sleep duration app

After 2 days of NO DATA for the sleep duration app, I got data for today and the two NO DATA days.  This is weird.  Does the sleep data upload to the phone for processing or does that happen on a computer at fitbit?
