I got my first fitbit as a charge HR, then after about a year it died and fitbit replaced it. I was super impressed with all that. Then after that one died, I upgraded it to the Charge 2, and then they released the Charge 3 right after I bought it. I was bummed but my charge did most of what I was wanting. That watch no longer will charge so I got the Sense in the beginning of January 2021. I was happy at first with it. Then it started have troubles staying synced to my phone. Some of my phone or text notifications would come through and other times not. It seemed to be random when it would work or not work. I would try to sync it again with my phone, it would work for a bit and then stop and then start later. So frustrating!! Then about a month ago, my battery took a dive, it wouldn't stay charged, and then it wouldn't charge past like 60%. My battery died and I have never been able to get it back on. I have tried different outlets, different USB plug ins and the computer, I have left it for days charging. I also cleaned it real good with a toothbrush and q-tips to clean any of the dirt off. I am really frustrated with these watches. My cheapest version seems to have worked the best. I wish I would have gotten a more basic model as it seems the newer or more advanced ones don't last.
Has anyone found any tips or tricks on how to get their watch to turn back on? I was even considering buying a new cable but mine is like 4 months old.

Check your cable back and make sure the prongs are ok.
