I cannot get my Sense to recognize my Galaxy wearable headphones. Thoughts or solutions?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced to pair your headphones with your Fitbit Sense.

 

If you haven't done so, please follow the instructions in this article, in the menu "How do I pair headphones or speakers to my Fitbit watch?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.
