I received my new sense yesterday. It took me a few hours to download fitbit connect to my tablet which uses windows 10.1. My mobile is too old.

I'm disappointed that fitbit brings out what sound like amazing and promising watches but the apps aren't able to keep up

I have been trying for a full 24 hours to get a clock onto the watch.

yes the watch pairs with the app and syncs but I am unable to download any applicable apps.

EXTREMELY disappointed.

BEFORE even mentioning a new model watch, fitbit and other companies MUST ensure that their apps are user friendly and compatible with the new model watches.

At a loss as to what to do because for me the Sense could mean the difference between life and death.

@ange9875 how are you connecting?  Are you on wifi?  It shouldn't take that long.

It takes me a few minutes to set up the sense & less than 5 minutes to set up a new clock face on a strong & stable wifi.

I suggest making sure your phone/tablet has a stable internet connection - you can check that by checking your internet speed - there are a bunch of websites you can check for this.

Then restart your phone/tablet and see if the connection is better.

I often find that it is usually my phone at fault when i have issues with the fitbit.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the tip.
The internet is fine as two other computers and both mobile phones have no
issues.
I'm going to wait until 5 December before I decide whether to sell it or
not.
There is an app store for the laptop that won't let me in until 2 December.
Reading sooo many posts in the community, A LOT of people are having issues
with the new fitbit models. Pity I LOVE my Blaze and my understanding is
that its STILL the most accurate.
