iOS BT Connected (notifications) but not syncing to app

Sense is connected to Bluetooth on iPhone 12 I get notifications displayed on my watch, but it simply won't sync fitbit data with the app.

 

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in other posts and https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm?Highlight=sync

 

Removed BT connection, killed app, restarted both watch and iPhone.  Sometimes it will sync once and then stop and now it won't sync at all.

 

This is basic functionality Fitbit, what's going on?
