iPhone 12 now my sense drains in 2 days

I got an iPhone 12 last weekend and now my sense battery drains way faster. With the iPhone 8 I had for two years my sense battery lasted 5 days. The only thing I changed was getting a new phone. Any ideas how to reduce the drain?

Check all your settings again.  I have a 12 and last 

4-5 depending on app use

Thanks @Clove6060. I restarted the watch and also turned off cellular data at the same time. One of them seems to have done the trick. Appreciate the response and the help!
